It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Harold Bills of Albia, Iowa, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milliard Bills and Margerat Bills (Seals); his brothers, Larry and Donald; and his granddaughter Nicci Caudill.

He is survived by: his son Michael Bills; his former wife LaVonne Ocker; and his grandchildren, Heather McDonald (Lee), Tyler, Liam and Finn McDonald. He is also survived by his son and grandson, and several cousins and friends.
