She was predeceased by: her father Warren Sullivan Jr.; and her grandparents, Arthur, Evelyn McMillen, Warren and Myrtle Sullivan Sr..

She is survived by: her mother DeLoris Sullivan of Albia; and her siblings, Brenda Smith of Moravia, Mike Moyle (Tiffany) of Arkansas, Shanna Gerig (Kenny) of Oregon, Pat Sullivan of Ottumwa, Mike Sullivan of Albia, Tim Sullivan (Cindy) of Minnesota and Cindy Gillaspie (Mark) of Albia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
