With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth King Sovern of Albia, Iowa, born in Rockford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 19, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. E. King and Helen King; her husband Elmer Sovern, Jr.; her brother James; and her sons, William and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Robert, Mary and Alice. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
