Rose Self Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Self (Albia, Iowa), who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierce Coady and Rose Coady (Flattery); her husband Marion Self of Patrick's Catholic Church; her grandchildren, Sara Beth Cambage and Chad Michael Little; her great grandchildren, Justin Chad Little and Milly Rose Zellmer; and her sisters, Mary Hayworth and Irene Keller.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Jones (Gordon), Gene Self (Cynthia), Sheila Dunkin (Randy), Mary Little (Mike) and Marsha Benjamin; and her grandchildren, Matt Jones (Christy), Molly Denney (Jake Karns), Cory Self (Vicki), Kurt Dunkin (Heather), Andy Dunkin (Stacie), Kristi Zellmer (Andy) and Teresa Little. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to the family and will be directed at a later date.
