He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Barnes and Lula M Stout Barnes; his wife Cheri St Germaine; and his brother Pat Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Randy Oatman Barnes (Jo Ellen), Terri Grimes (Rick) of Ottumwa, IA, Lisa Gunter (Mickey), Ricki K. Barnes of Visalia, CA and Sarah Adame of Oregon; and his sister Jeannie (Caudle). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
