He is survived by: his former wife Carol Mullinix; his children, Tim Gardner (Jody), Maggie Popson and Annie Gardner; his grandchildren, Sarah Popson (Kris), Katie Adams (Chris), Emily Patton (Travis), Kyle Popson (Katie) and Elizabeth Poe (Slater); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Emery, Clay, Cal, Ross, Kole, Gabriella, Logun, Bella, Nova, Thatcher and Rocky; and his sister Dalene Bateman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
