She is survived by: her son Aaron Ayala (Lacey); her grandson Marcus Ayala; her siblings, Martha Ostreko and Lyle Forgy (Donna); and her friends, Virginia Sheldon, Joe Pistek, Kathy Johnson and Dale Stewart. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
