He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Higbee and Charliene Shipman. He is survived by: his son Jaymes Frazier; and his siblings, Charlie Higbee (Chris), Kim Higbee and Jason Shipman (Katie). He is also survived by 4 nieces, 5 nephews.
