He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Michael "Bob" and Millie Ann Eastlick (Hoover); and his father-in-law Mike Koffman. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Koffman of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Benjamin, Jonathan and Hannah Eastlick (Rob King); his granddaughter Baby King; his sister Ann Marie O'Brien; his nieces and nephews, Dacia Gutcher, Alex O'Brien (Hana) and Aaron O'Brien (Stephanie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Addison Gutcher, Jacob Dill, Krissah, Ellah O'Brien, Cooper and Millicent O'Brien.

Memorials may be made to EveryStep Hospice and St. Mary's Cemetery.
