He is survived by: his wife Irma Garcia of Albia, IA; and his children, Claudia Alvarez (Alfredo Arellano) of Washington, IA, Sandra Elizabeth Alvarez Garcia (Yony Mauricio Amaro) of Franklin, TN and Miguel Anguel Alvarez Garcia of Albia, IA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 brothers and 7 sisters.
