He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Mike (Debbie), Allison, Jeff (Erin), Natalie Pettit (Brian) and Katie Netland (Dain); his grandchildren, Josiah, Kieran, Jerzey, Kenley (Dawson), Dax, Simon, Sunny, Jack, Caelin, Collin, Evie, Lydia, Eleanor and Avery; his great grandchildren, Kohen and Thelon; and his siblings, Rick (Debbie) and Susan Bartleman (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
