She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Sr. Hayworth and Nora Hayworth (Summers); her husband John McDonald; her brother Roy Hayworth; and her great grandchild Camryn Storbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Jackovich (Jim) of Des Moines, Judy McDonald of Elgin, IL, Joe McDonald of Albia, Kathleen Hull (Martin) of Blakesburg and Mike McDonald of Albia. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorials in her memory may be made to St. Mary's Altar and Rosary Society or Helping Hands.
