She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephrain "Slim" Swartz and Mayme Swartz (McGilvrey); her husband Edward Clark; and her sisters, Louise Dicks and Dorothy Clark.

She is survived by: her daughters, Saundra Woodard (Ray) and Karen Ciska; her grandchildren, Brian, Annette (Jerry), Marc (Lisa) and Brent (Heidi); her great grandchildren, Devin, Jacob, Laura and Alexis; and her great great grandchildren, Lilly and Rylee.
