He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Bay and Hattie Bay (Kittle); and his wife Marie Silverio. He is survived by: his children, Joe Bay (Jacqueline) of Albia, Teresa Rossbach (James) of Columbia, MO and Steve Bay of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Robert (Jenifer), Jeffrey, Jessica, Nathaniel and Jonathan; his great grandchild Dylan; and his sisters, Della Ruth Flattery and Loraine Findley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
An open memorial has been established to the family to be determined at a later date.
