He is survived by: his children, Chris "Toots" Sinnott (Donnie) of Albia, Jeff Stephens (Kristan) of Albia, Carol Peterson (Dave) of Albia and Gary Stephens (Jennie) of Albia; his grandchildren, Jill Lathrop (Michael), Bobby Sinnott (Jenn), Bryan Stephens (Sam), Adam Stephens (Bri), Andy Stephens, Erin Heaton, Cassie Henderson, Brenna Stephens, Jeremy Peterson (Heather), Nicole Stephens, Dusty Long, Kasi Overmyer (Kile) and Spencer Stephens; his great grandchildren, Taegen Ryan (Nic), Luke Bossard, Jag Lathrop, Landen Simpson, Bexley, Malia Sinnott, Kinsley, Presley, Liam Henderson, Talan Peterson, Rossilynn Nace, Raidyn, Wyatt, Willow Peterson, Ryker Stephens, Averie Harris, Ella Long, Madilynn and Brecken Overmyer; his great great grandchild Merreck Ryan; his sister Charlene McGilvrey (Harold); and his close friend Karen Hoover.
