He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Paul, Mary, Elizabeth and Theresa; his nieces and nephews, Karen, Kay, Bernard and Jim; and his great-nephew Brendan.

He is survived by: his wife Collette McWeeney; his daughters, Peggy (Jason) and Moira (Chris); his grandchildren, Finnian, Liam and Brendan; his sister Celine; and his brother-in-law Ciaran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
