He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith; his children, Scott Smith (Melanie) of Newton and Shannon Henderson (Kevin) of Johnston, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Raven Sook (Jamie) of Ravenswood and Courtney McPhillips (Trent) of Union, Iowa.; and his great grandchildren, Chayse Sook of Ravenswood, Carter McCloud of Ravenswood and Ellie Sook of Ravenswood.
