He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Clark and Julie Clark (Avon). He is survived by: his girlfriend Jodi Criswell; his son Jake Clark (Kelsie); his grandchildren, Cash, Currency, Chloe and Bellah; his sister Tonya Verwers (Larry); his aunt Joan Little (Don); his nephew Jordan DesPlanque; and his niece Lexie DesPlanque. He is also survived by his other extended family members, cousins and good friends.
