She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie See and Laura See (Husted); her siblings, Phyllis Rosenboom, Elizabeth Culbertson, Kathy Maupin, Jim See, Roy See, Brad See and Roger See; and her grandson Justin Smithberg.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Jourdan (Lara), Rick Jourdan, Valerie Smithberg (John) and Eric Jourdan; her sister Tina Shaffer; her grandchildren, Amanda (Joe), Dylan, Cameron, Wyatt, Jessica (Tony), Austin (Olivia), Ricky, Connor, Cali (Christen), Brooklynn, Riana, Violet, Dahlia, Chett, Kirsten and Kourtney; her great grandchildren, Chandler, Aria, Addison, Bobby, Billy, Henry, Charlotte and Raya; and her stepson Russel Andrews. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home (116 Benton Ave E, Albia, IA 52531).
An open memorial has been established and will be determined at a later date.
