It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wilbur Mullinix of Albia, Iowa, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullinix and Alice Mullinix (Kent); his wife Rosalie Faye Sweeden; his sons, Bob and Larry Mullinix; and his siblings, Jean Mullinix, Carol Gardner, Laura Mullinix and Louise Kosmach.
He is survived by: his son Don Mullinix (Karen); his grandchildren, Scott Mullinix, Mitchel Mullinix (Elisa), Amanda Keirns (Cody) and Beth Weideman (Aaron); his siblings, Wanna Shaw and Ralph Mullinix (Priscilla); and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Fenton and Dorothy Sweeden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
An open memorial has been established to the family.
