She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Harmon and Iva Harmon (Downing); her husband Kenneth Fisher; her grandson Aaron Fisher; her son-in-law Ron Sisler; her siblings, Rose, Mary, Frances, Pete, Gene, Bill, Ray and Roy; and her half-sisters, Maggie and Edith.
She is survived by: her pet Little Bobby; her children, Frances "Darlene" Sisler, Michael "Mike" Glen Fisher and Scott Rupp; her grandchildren, Lisa Demry (Jeff), Ilene Smith (Russell), Loren Sisler (Missy), Eric Sisler and Amanda Burns (Randy); and her great grandchildren, Megan Kirk, Michael Kirk, Baylie Hoffman, Brooklynn Bennett, Blake Smith, McKenize Stuffelbeam (Spencer), Colton Smith, Erika Sisler, Kyle Sisler, Joshua Sisler, Zachary Sisler, Matthew Sisler, Kenlie Burns and Ryder Burns. She is also survived by 8 great-great grandchildren.
Due to the current State of Public Health Disaster Emergency and the COVID-19 pandemic, the visitation will be limited to ten individuals in the building at a time.
