She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Slykhuis and Sylvia Slykhuis (Eggers); her daughter Corrine; and her husband Roland "Wobb" Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Machelle Cook and Vickie Rodgers; her grandson Damien Rodgers; and her siblings, Ruth Slykhuis, Mable Cross, Michael "Butch" Slykhuis and Vicky Morris. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
