She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fleming and Zoa Fleming; her former husband Everette Agans; her husband David Grimes of Albia; her siblings, Arlie, George, Everett, Wayne, Donald Fleming and Alice Fleming Gross; her daughter Carolyn Sullivan; and her daughter-in-law Diane Grimes.
She is survived by: her son Richard; her grandchildren, Matt, Phi, Ted and Matthew Sullivan (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Sam, Zoe of Naperville, Illinois, Philip Sullivan, Jodi, Ethan, Alex, Grace and Lucas of Manhattan, Montana.; her sisters-in-law, Alice June Fleming of Nuevo and Verle Grimes of Albia; and also Richard Grimes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was loving and even in her seven plus months in the nursing home, suffering from COVID related social isolation, stories abound of how much she meant to the staff and how much her love was shown to so many staff there.
