She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Koffman and Gertrude T. Koffman (Sinclair); her husband Tony Sebben of Albia, IA; her brothers, John, James and Thomas Koffman; and her brother-in-law George Chapman.
She is survived by: her daughter Theresa "Tess" Sebben of Albia; and her sister Mary Chapman of Chariton.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Heartland Humane Society in Ottumwa.
