She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cosgrove and Maxine Cosgrove (Bettis); her son David John Clark; and her siblings, Kay Douglas, Craig Cosgrove, Chris Cosgrove and Karyn Forsythe.
She is survived by: her husband J. D. Clark; her daughters, Kristan Stephens (Jeff) and Kandi Clark; her grandchildren, Cody Clark (Lisa), Cassie Henderson, Bryan Stephens (Sam), Adam Stephens (Bri), Andy Stephens (Erin Heaton) and Brenna Stephens; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Presley and Liam Henderson; and her siblings, Michael Cosgrove (Carol) and Deb Shehan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
A memorial has been established to Care Initiatives Hospice in Albia or to the family.
