He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Gay and Hazel Blanche Karr (McMans); and his siblings, Kathryn Cedercrans and Russell Lee Karr. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Ann Karr; his children, Sheila Cleppe of St. Cloude, FL, Sheree Rumley (Gary) of Newark, MO, Rick Karr (Shelly) of Marshalltown and Tony Karr (Avis) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his close friends, Deanna and Dan Blackford of Albia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
