Smith (Sandy) of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Janis Johnson (Jim), Jeff Smith (Dawn), Julia Smith-Marzullo Reneau and Amber Smith; his great grandchildren, Justin, Jamie, Jacob, Fletcher, Mitchell, Nick and Noel; his sister-in-law Ruth Sharp of Des Moines, IA; and his daughter-in-law Kay Smith of Anamosa, IA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
