He is survived by: his wife Tracey Campbell of Albia; his daughters, Darcy Campbell of Indianapolis, IN and Janet Campbell of Indianapolis, IN; his stepsons, Mike Oatman (Monica) of Boone, IA and Will Oatman (Lisa) of Ames, IA; and his siblings, Rose Walker of Monroe, IA, Donna Timmons of Prairie City, IA, Mary Ann Hurley of Exline, IA, Rex Campbell (Denise) of Exline, IA and P. J. Campbell (Debbie) of Toronto, IA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established to EveryStep Hospice.
