He was predeceased by: his parents, James Conley and Theresa Conley (McGee); and his brother Dennis Conley. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Woodard; his son Scott; and his brothers, Jim Conley (Sandy) of Albia and John Conley (Marcia) of Shawnee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
