With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Crystal Ann McCombs of Albia, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Crystal Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim McCombs and Mary McCombs (Seesing); and her husband Patrick Vaughn. She is survived by: her close friend Matt Wilt; her children, Mitchell, Katelin Vaughn, Wyatt and Johnathan Wilt; and her brothers, Josh and Kenny McCombs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
An open memorial has been established to the family.
