She is survived by: her husband Dan Smith; her children, Devinn Clayton (Joe) of Brooklyn, Kody Chamberlain (Mekayla) of Ottumwa, A. J, Robinson, Zach Downing of Fairfield, Joseph Smith, Elizabeth Price (Steve) of Albia, Aaron Smith (Amara) of Oklahoma and Anthony Smith (Rosco) of Albia; her grandchildren, Kaiden, Rylan, Oakley, Tobias, Preston, Lilly, Nevelyn, Allie, Annabel, Ava and Alivia; and her sisters, Teri McIntosh (Loren) of Ottumwa and Heather Hastings (Jim) of Bussey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and good friends.
