He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clayton II and Patricia Ardith "Ardy" Casady (Sullivan); and his parents-in-law, Pete and Lucille Golob. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Casady of Albia; his children, Tiffany DeMoss (Brad) and Clayton Casady (Emmalee); his grandchildren, Hunter of Albia, Chloe of Albia, Lilly of Albia, Matty K. DeMoss of Albia, Jett of Albia and Luke Casady of Albia; his sister Tracy Casady of Albia; his brother-in-law Mike Golob (Paula) of Washington State; and his nephews, Devin and Jason Golob.

Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Cemetery in Georgetown.
