She was predeceased by: her parents, Mateo Santos and Rosa Maria Santos; her husband Ramiro Curiel; her daughter Rosa Maria Curiel; and her sisters, Refugio and Luz.
She is survived by: her sons, Ramiro Santos Curiel and Alejandro Santos Curiel (Melissa); and her sister Maria Luisa. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
