He was predeceased by: his parents, Jearl Dean and Belva Aleen Rowe (Ferneau); and his sister Christine Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Tess of Albia; his sons, Kyle Rowe (Ashley) of Knoxville, IA and Ryan Rowe (Brittany) of Loyal Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Gunner, Charlie, Piper, Wyatt and Easton; his siblings, Jennifer Collard (Kenneth) of Corydon, IN, Betsy Erickson (Randy) of Fort Collins, CO and Alan Rowe (Arnie) of Albia, IA; his nieces and nephews, Lauralee Peppers (Mike), Sherryl Mae Rowe, Kenneth Collard Jr., Arlan Rowe, Alex Erickson (Courtney) and Steve Erickson; and his great-niece Emelia. He is also survived by several cousins and good friends.
An open memorial has been established to the family to be determined at a later date.
