It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blair Ragan of Albia, Iowa, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair "Buss" Ragan and Ollie Ragan (Kellogg); and his brothers, Edward Ragan and John Michael Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Lillian "Rose" Ragan; his children, John Ragan (Ligita), Sharon Dickenson (Chris), Victoria Pae, Bill Carlson (Allison), Muriel Carlson, Greg Carlson (Cindy), Doug Carlson and Brian Carlson (Diana); and his siblings, Rita Bell (David), Raymond Ragan (Beverly) and Anna Graham (Jimmy). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren.
