She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul and Ruth Kathren Swab (Kauzlarich); and her son Michael Baker. She is survived by: her husband Donald Baker; her children, Marcia Fry (Gene), Mark Baker, Martin "Marty" Baker, Dale Baker (Julie) and David Baker (Mechele); and her daughter-in-law Linda Maholovich (Chuck). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sinnott Funeral Home (2030 IA-5, Albia, IA 52531). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (730 W Benton Ave, Albia, IA 52531).

“Gerri & I are so saddened by the passing of Angie. She was a very special lady and will be missed by all of us who knew her laugh when we used to be in Texas together in the winter. She was one of a kind and kept our little group laughing. Her and Don's "Dancing Skills" will go on in our memories and we know she is dancing in Heaven as God is a willing partner. Our sympathy for Don and their family. We are sorry we cannot make the services as we don't travel to well in the winter. Larry & Gerri.”
