He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Herman and Flo Herman (Scherer). He is survived by: his daughters, Jeaneyl Hazlett of DeSoto, Katie Cleveland (Chris) of Storm Lake, IA and Sheryl Milton; his grandchildren, Anjee Woodward (Tony) of Gardner, KS, Dustin Fevold (Christina) of Fort Dodge, IA and Derek Fevold of Fresno, CA; and his wife Evelyn. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
