He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Manley and Mary Manley (Carney); his stepmother Inez Manley; and his brothers, Gene Manley and Jack Manley (Patricia).
He is survived by: his wife Vera; his children, Dale Manley of Struble, IA, Cyndi Sprung (Tom) of Evergreen, CO, Michelle Burns (Tom) of Le Mars, IA, Bernie Manley (Lisa) of Omaha, NE, Doug Manley (Crystal) of Akron, IA and Mary Boehme (Jason) of Ireton, IA; his grandchildren, Aaron Manley (Karolyn), Ashley Bettschen (Dan), Nicolas Sprung, Nathan Sprung (Sally), Noah Sprung (Dustin), Reva Burns, Carly Nelson (Brady), Lauren Manley, Grahm Manley, Kayla Bruget (Jerod), Kashe Utesch (Chris), Dan Hasenbank (Nancy), Cara Voltzow (Chasen) and Hannah Boehme; his siblings, Mary Francis Manley and Don Manley (Jeanette); and his sister-in-law Carole Manley. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
