It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stuart Harris (Akron, Iowa), who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Harris and Louise "Birdie" Harris; his wife Carol; and his siblings, Morton Harris and Lois Jean Dawson.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Seipp (Chuck) of Winchester, VA, Jon Harris (Lisa) of Akron, IA, Amy Schnell Linder (Kevin) of Akron, IA and Jill Schroeder (Tom) of Akron, IA; and his siblings, Ruth Esbeck of Madrid, IA, Lee Harris of Akron, IA, Reese Harris (Linda) of Cedar Falls, IA and Orin Harris (Jan) of Forest City, IA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
