It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Salma Gant (Akron, Iowa), who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burdette Amundson and Lillian Amundson (Millette); her husband Don Gant; her siblings, Bud Amundson, Arden Amundson, Larry Amundson, Arlys Gant and Judy Rasmussen; her grandson Joseph "Cory" Ada; and her son-in-law Terrence McGrath.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ada, Terry Gant (Sue), Donna Gant McGrath and Steve Gant (Kim); and her siblings, Dean Amundson, Ida Lou Horner and Sandy Amundson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
