He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Harvey and Alice Harvey; and his daughter Andrea Harvey. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Minor (Matt); his grandchildren, Ashton, Alyssa and Ayden; his daughter Amanda Bye (Travis); his grandchildren, Nora and Cooper; his son Aaron Harvey; his granddaughter Alice; his siblings, Connie Bakker and Rick Harvey; and his partner's children, Shaina, Blake, Garrett and Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
