With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Theeler of Akron, Iowa, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Niehus and Adeline Niehus (Wolbers); her husband Steve Theeler; and her siblings, Doyle Niehus, Jim Niehus, Pat Niehus and LaVonne Niehus.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Theeler (Rachel) of Le Mars, IA and Brad Theeler (Maureen) of Akron, IA; her grandchildren, Alesia Ode (Tyler), Daniel Larson, Andrew Theeler, Johanna Theeler and Elizabeth Theeler; her great grandchildren, Oak and Ivy; and her siblings, Ralph Niehus of Le Mars, IA and Donna Frerichs of Le Mars, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing and wearing a mask will be required.
