We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2021, at the age of 73, Karen Taylor-Mortensen of Akron, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Taylor and Anna Taylor; her husband Don Mortensen; and her brother Stanley Taylor. She is survived by: her nephews, Scott Taylor and Doug Taylor; her niece Lisa Farley; and her friend Sandy.
Social distancing and wearing a mask will be required.
She was a member and provided service to a variety of organizations including: Girl Scouts, Rainbow Girls, The American Cancer Society, the Siouxland Weavers Guild and the Lion's Club.
