He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Welch and Elizabeth Welch (Hamel); his wives, Dorothy Weiler and Patricia Bernard (Montange); his brother Dennis Welch; his brothers-in-law, Robert Jordan, Herman Harbeck and Dennis Devine; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca'Becky'Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Aimee Beth Tracz (Allen "Artie"), Michelle Lee Moeller (Jonathan), Renee Lynne Quanbeck (Eric), Suzanne Marie Solorio (Luis) and Doree Jean Angello (Jason); his stepchildren, Kathryn Beacom, Linda Braun (James), Paul Bernard, Jeane Stinton (Terry), Lori Campell (Bill) and Lisa Manley (Bernie); his grandchildren, Aislinn Moeller, Breanna Moeller, Ryan Jenet (Jazmine), Conner Quanbeck, Emily Quanbeck, Ernest Solorio, Angelo Solorio, Victoria Budzinski, Chase Budzinski, Logan Budzinski, Isabella Angello and Makayla Angello; his great grandchildren, Evalynn Jenet, Callahan James Jenet, Carter Olejniczak and Chloe Budzinski; his siblings, Phyllis Jordan, Kathleen Harbeck, Joan Henke, Margaret Devine, Robert Welch (Mary) and Colleen Wade (Richard); and his sister-in-law Sandra Welch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
