She was predeceased by: her husband John Bouwman; her parents, John Lupkes and Minnie Lupkes; her siblings, Grace Reck-Wildeman, Boyd Lupkes, John Lupkes, Mike Lupkes, Hans Lupkes, Bill Lupkes and Sophia Fastert; and her parents-in-law, John and Jacoba Bouwman.
She is survived by: her significant other Capone; her grandchildren, Janet Cope of Oklahoma City, OK, Marquita Vann, Robert Bouwman (Linda) of Akron, IA, Michelle Mount (Mark), Eric Bouwman (Luci), Edward Bouwman of Blanchard, OK, Riana Bouwman, Brandie Bouwman (Kenneth), Nina Bouwman-Pennington (Royce), Marshall Bouwman and Jeffery Bouwman of Indianapolis, IN; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Lupkes, Lucia Lupkes, Greta Hommes and Marie Heyman.
