Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eda Ridgway (Akron, Iowa), born in North Platte, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 73, on November 7, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dillon and Mary Dillon (Gormly). She is survived by: her husband Leo Ridgway of Akron; her son Thom Worth (Angie) of Wellfleet, NE; her granddaughters, Charlee Grace and Kady Rose; and her stepdaughter Christina Verhage (Kendall) of Gretna, NE. She is also survived by 13 step grandchildren; and 6 step great grandchildren.
Social distancing and wearing a mask will be required. Visitation with the family present will be on Monday, November 9, 2020 from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron with social distancing and wearing a mask.
In lieu of flowers, her request was memorials be made her name for breast cancer and pancreatic cancer research.
