He is survived by: his former wife Teresa Sok; his wife JoAnn Scheitler; his children, Donald L. 'DJ' Hoffman (Kayla) of Inwood, Iowa and Amanda Stolpe (Brett) of Akron, Iowa; his grandchildren, Skyler M. M. Hoffman and Ellie R. Stolpe; his siblings, Irene Hoffman of Sioux Falls, Richard Hoffman (Janet) of Homer, James Hoffman (Roxanne) of Westfield and Sharon Anliker (Scott) of Oakville, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Stan Scheitler (Jan) of Remsen, Jeanette Schwartz of Hinton, Lyle Scheitler (Betty) of Oyens, Roger Scheitler (Laurie) of Las Vegas, Judy Campbell (Bob) of Wichita, Rose Logan (Dave) of Des Moines and Kris Mroczkowski (Kelly) of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
