He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Thomas and Elinore Thomas (Nitchals); his wife Patricia Spoo; his siblings, Gary, Norman Thomas, Phyllis Thomas, Sherry Thomas and Joy Clabaugh; and his granddaughter Tasha Marie Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Miller (Kevin) of Akron, IA and Dennis Thomas Jr.; his grandchildren, Gregory Thomas, Ashley Lenius, Joshua Thomas, Corey Thomas, Sara Thomas and Dustin Thomas (Shelbi); his great grandchildren, Milo, Kadan, Charlie, Xander, Zayne and Lettie; and his siblings, Joan Christophel, Roger Thomas (Linda) and Kim Thomas (Deb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103).
