With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Waag of Akron, Iowa, born in Alcester, South Dakota, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waag and Phoebe Waag (Nagle); his wife Bonnie Ryan; his granddaughter Phoebe; his brothers, Lee Waag (Arlene) and Eldon Waag; and his sister-in-law Norma Waag.
He is survived by: his daughter Carissa Jacobs (Scott) of Akron; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Josie; his daughter Jeanna Brown (Norman) of Sioux City, Iowa; and his brother Arden Waag (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
