She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rollins and Sally Rollins (Starkman); her mother-in-law Betty Horn; her sons, Timothy Langley and Aaron Horn; her brother Frankie Rollins; and her nephew Jason Andersen.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Horn; her grandson Aaron; her children, Jamie VanderHelm (Krista) of Akron, Kelvin Horn (Missy) of Akron, Justin Horn (Geralynn) of Wisconsin, Abby Horn of Sioux City and Angela Horn (Adam Ostermyer) of Akron; her grandchildren, Peyton of Ellie, Ala, Maverick, Schon, Olivia, Andrew, Tysen, Sadie, Skyler, Kashe and Myles; her sisters, Corrine Hemmelman of Salem, Debra Small (David) of Brunsville and Lisa Clarey (Randy) of Akron; her father-in-law Cecil Horn of Sioux City; and her siblings-in-law, Debra Horn of Sioux City, Keith Horn (Amy) of Sioux City and Kerry Horn of Sioux City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
